About the Role:

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Key Accommodation Operations Specialist to join our pre-opening team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests by ensuring that every Guest Room and Public Area is impeccable at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicates closely and regularly with Front Office Rooms Controllers in terms of room assignments and readiness according to arrival report.
  2. Has knowledge of the operations/responsibilities of an order taker and ensures all calls are dealt with to meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.
  3. Dispatches guest requests, allocates rooms, controls the rooms inventory, and assists colleagues and guests in any possible way.
  4. Keeps informed of any extraordinary or emergency situations and relates them to Supervisor or Managers including any guest complaints or problems.
  5. Redirects guests' requests to the appropriate team members with the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotel.
  6. Records all follow-up actions required in the telephone log book.
  7. Performs inventory accurately and in a timely manner as per Four Seasons Hotel standards.
  8. Records all required documentation accurately and completely.

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English skills are essential.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word, and ability to use property management systems such as Opera and HotSos systems.
  • Able to work in shifts.
  • Our Ideal Candidate will have:
    • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
    • The ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Applicants must be comfortable dealing with a high volume of calls.
    • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English and Spanish is also required.
