Job Title: Area Market Manager

At Hotelbeds Group, we're looking for a talented Area Market Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing our hotel portfolio in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct revenue generation from your designated area and contribute to the overall region's performance.
  • Assist and support our Market Managers in implementing the digital supplier model with hotels in their portfolios.
  • Maintain and grow the share of house of long tail suppliers in your portfolios.
  • Convert long tail suppliers to Core Suppliers in your portfolios.
  • Improve the overall competitiveness of your portfolios through a digital approach.
  • Digital acquisition of new suppliers and digital recovery of existing long tail suppliers.
  • Reduce 'cost to serve' while improving service levels.
  • Understand our contracting tools and optimize your duties.
  • Improve marketing campaigns conversion.

  • High capacity to prioritize, perform, and drive results-oriented.
  • Strong capacity to work independently.
