About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. in Spain. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy in the assigned area, in line with our global marketing and sales strategy and budget.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement product marketing, industry, and segment marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report on market analysis and marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of marketing tools and resources.
  • Develop and maintain competitor analyses, including financial data and company profiles.
  • Minimize risks related to customer agreements and prices.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration within the team.

Your Background

  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with French as a plus.
