Red Bull Sales Striker: Make an Impact and Grow

As a Red Bull Striker, your goal is to drive sales and support local store owners in growing their businesses. You will use your strengths and passion to build your career and make a real impact in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain continuous 360-degree communication and collaboration with your manager, colleagues, and other departments to identify and execute opportunities with excellence and develop the Red Bull market.
  • Visit points of sale in your territory with optimal frequency and efficiency, selling and promoting Red Bull products.
  • Transmit Red Bull values, culture, and show the world of Red Bull, building solid and lasting relationships with clients through effective communication that allows identifying opportunities and maximizing each point of sale.
  • Ensure that points of sale in your territory meet the requirements of a 'Perfect Store' and that promotions, offers, and visibility materials agreed upon are up-to-date and implemented correctly and with excellence.
  • Avoid stock breaks and ensure that all references are available at the point of sale.
Requirements
  • Commercial instinct and understanding of commercial mathematics.
  • Experience in sales in the consumer goods sector.
  • Understanding of the Off-Premise channel (retail, impulse, traditional, and C&C).
  • Valuable university degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, or similar.
  • Driver's license.
  • Domination of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Valuable high-level English spoken and written.
