Red Bull Musketeer: Become a True Brand Ambassador

As a Red Bull Musketeer, you will be the embodiment of the Red Bull way of life. Your mission is to build genuine relationships with bars, restaurants, and events to turn brand love into can love.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and Nurture Relationships

Build strong relationships with business partners, including outlet owners/managers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, and key influencers.

Deliver Excellence

Represent Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution, ensuring excellence in every interaction.

Master the On Premise Universe

Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities, managing internal and external resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Negotiate Win/Win Partnerships

Identify and negotiate partnerships that add value to both Red Bull's business and customers' businesses, driving business growth and expansion.

Drive Business Growth

Identify the right sales and marketing occasions for Red Bull, visiting daytime and evening, and transferring visits with distributors.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience in sales, negotiation, and budget management, with a strong network in the hospitality and/or FMCG industries.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.

Social Chameleon

Ability to adapt communication, presentation, and professional style according to the specific needs of the audience and scene.

Gifted Communicator

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, backed up by MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Language and Education

Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken, and ideally fluent in English, written and spoken. University degree in BA, Marketing, or similar is valuable.
