Job Title: Ambassador of Red Bull

As a key member of the Red Bull team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the On Premise environment. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners, including outlet owners/managers, buyers, food and beverage (F&B) managers, bar staff, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
  • Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to leverage business success.
  • Master the On Premise (Horeca) universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experienced salesperson with negotiation and budget management skills.
  • Well-networked with a strong understanding of the hospitality and/or FMCG industries.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, backed up by MS Office proficiency.
  • Fluent in Spanish written and spoken, ideally fluent in English written and spoken.
