Buscamos un profesional apasionado y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo como Red Bull Ambassador. En este rol, serás el rostro de la marca y el consultor indispensable para tu territorio On Premise. Serás responsable de impulsar tanto la distribución y ventas actuales como futuras de nuestro portafolio de productos en cuentas clave (Catering, QSR, Casual Dining, Hotel y Casinos) y universo diurno.

Como Red Bull Ambassador, establecerás y nutrirás relaciones con socios comerciales (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, propietarios/managers de establecimientos, gerentes de F&B, personal de bar, socios de distribución, etc.).

Además, serás el Constructor de Alianzas, estableciendo y nutriendo relaciones con influyentes clave, jugadores de la industria y socios comerciales, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, propietarios/managers de establecimientos, compradores, gerentes de F&B, personal de bar y socios de distribución.

En este rol, también serás el Emprendedor del Territorio, maestro del universo On Premise (Horeca) al estar al tanto de las últimas tendencias y oportunidades (cuentas, ocasiones, consumidores).

Finalmente, serás el Consultor de Negocios, negociando acuerdos de asociación que agreguen valor tanto a la empresa Red Bull como a la empresa del cliente.

Requisitos
  • Experiencia en ventas, negociación y gestión de presupuestos.
  • Redes sólidas. Experiencia previa en la industria de la hospitalidad y/o FMCG, así como una red establecida.
  • Espíritu emprendedor. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente en un entorno de alta energía y rápido ritmo.
  • Chamaco social. Capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes estilos de comunicación y presentación según las necesidades de cada audiencia y escenario.
  • Excelente comunicador. Habilidades escritas, orales y de presentación sólidas, respaldadas por la competencia en MS Office (particularmente Excel y PowerPoint).
  • Grado universitario en BA, Marketing o similar.
  • Fluente en español escrito y hablado. Idealmente, fluente en inglés escrito y hablado.
