About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Student Ambassador. As a Student Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving the Red Bull brand image and product understanding on your campus and in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach new consumers and increase sales.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university students, faculty, and staff.
  3. Represent Red Bull at events and activations, ensuring an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions.
  5. Manage part-time work and studies, while being available to work some evenings and weekends.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  8. Conduct market research to better understand consumer behavior and preferences.
Requirements
  1. 1st or 2nd year of career.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
  4. Highly approachable and social, with the ability to relate to different people in many occasions.
  5. Immersed in student life, with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.
  6. Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
  7. Ability to manage part-time work and studies, and be available to work some evenings and weekends.
  8. An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
  9. Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.
  10. Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
  11. Full driver's license with a clear abstract.
