Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including vehicle inventory and customer information.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claims and issues.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • 24 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • FP Degree in a related field.
  • Contract labor agreement.
  • Full-time position.
  • Monthly gross salary: €1,650.
