About the Role
Landor is seeking a Brand Performance Manager (Insights and Analytics) to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our studio, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting our clients in making confident, impactful brand strategy and design choices to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, and Design teams to create world-class, agile brands that unlock business growth, providing quantifiable predictions for the performance and business benefits of our solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a strategic blend of data-driven insights and creativity to redefine brand performance, working closely with the Brand Performance team.
- Deliver on client interests for ad hoc consulting projects, including brand strategy, brand equity, brand-led business case modeling, brand valuation, and setting financial KPIs.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources to synthesize insights, determine priorities, and identify information gaps to inform brand strategy.
- Support the creation of brand-led business cases, financial models, and value propositions for industry-leading brands willing to understand brand and/or business transformation.
- Manage supplier agency relationships to ensure successful project delivery and correct setup framework.
- Effectively collaborate with junior team members across the region.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge on how insight and analytics play their part in delivering on brand performance.
- Experience in translating insights from research and data into recommendations on client brand, business strategies, and stories.
- Experience and proficiency across various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate with individuals from various disciplines outside of the Brand Performance realm and clients.
- Proficient in English and native/bilingual in Spanish, with a bonus for any fluent language, specifically Italian, Portuguese, and/or Greek.
