Job Title: Robotics Engineer Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Robotics Engineer Researcher to join our team at Eurecat Technology Center in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the scientific and technological development of our projects, including research and development, software development, and validation and maintenance of good quality applied research.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, AI, computer vision, or a related discipline, with proven experience in C++, Python, ROS/ROS2, and software documentation.

The Robotics and Automation Unit of Eurecat is a leading research group in applied robotics and automation, with a strong focus on increasing the level of robot autonomy and intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the scientific and technological development of our projects
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software for robotics solutions
  • Participate in the definition and development of new concepts and robotic ideas
  • Support the integration, field trials, and maintenance of robots
  • Contribute to scientific publications and project management
  • Establish and maintain contact with clients and partners
