About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join our Robotics and Automation Unit at Eurecat Technology Center in Barcelona. As a Robotics Researcher, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge robotics solutions for various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of new robotic concepts and ideas.
  • Participate in scientific research and technological advancements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for robotics applications.
  • Support robot integration, field trials, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate on scientific publications and project management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
  • PhD, MSc, or equivalent experience in Robotics, AI, Computer Vision, or related fields.
  • Strong background in Autonomous Navigation, Path Planning, and SLAM.
  • Proficiency in ROS and C++ programming.
  • Knowledge of low-level control for ground robots and communication protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
