About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other front office tasks, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, courteous, and efficient.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a diplomatic and professional manner, working to resolve problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions, and be able to communicate this information to guests in a clear and concise manner.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Guest Experience Assistant Managers or Front Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
