We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape for our regional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to our Executive Leadership Team, solving complex HR challenges and managing critical local responsibilities related to social affairs, work councils, and national unions.
  • Deploy Group HR processes locally, ensuring alignment with local legislation and cultural practices.
  • Participate in global HR projects with an international dimension, contributing to the Group's overall HR strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, particularly in social affairs, work councils, and national unions within Spain.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex HR issues.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting managers in developing their teams and navigating HR challenges.
  • Ability to localize and implement global HR processes, ensuring alignment with local laws and cultural practices.
