Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality research outputs, including reports, presentations, and data visualizations, to support client projects and business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in research databases, tools, and methodologies, including OAG, Phocuswright, Euromonitor, and STR.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand client needs and develop research approaches that meet their objectives.
  • Manage multiple research requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of business research experience, with specialization in Travel and Tourism topics, including Tourism (destination development), Leisure (Hotels, cruise lines, theme parks, etc), Aviation (airlines and airport infrastructure) and Travel Distribution.
  • Exposure to Tourism destination development and Travel Distribution topics is an added plus point.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, with a strong preference for Master's in Tourism, Hospitality / Aviation Management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages.
  • Sound understanding of European Tourism sector and markets.
