Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Reservation Consultant to join our team at the Accor Global Reservation Centre. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests, and sharing your expertise and knowledge of our luxury properties and locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guests' requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing personalized service and recommendations to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Have authentic conversations with guests, sharing your knowledge and passion for hospitality, and making thoughtful recommendations to help them choose the right room and package for their needs.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of passionate individuals dedicated to excellence, working together to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our culture, values, business, and quality standards, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your role.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Native or proficiency level in German and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Comfortable with computers and new software.
  • Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
  • Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
