Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Luxury Reservation Consultant. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests in a personalized and creative manner, and sharing your expertise and knowledge of our luxury properties and destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guests' requests in an unscripted environment, providing thoughtful and personalized recommendations for their travel experiences.
- Share your knowledge and passion for hospitality, making recommendations for the best rooms and packages to meet our guests' needs.
- Collaborate with a diverse and international team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with our luxury properties and destinations, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed recommendations to our guests.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
