About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions S.A.U. in ES-Alcobendas, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to sell and promote our products and solutions to customers.
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations, conduct training and webinars, and provide technical advice and support to customers.
  • Participate in technology fairs and events to showcase our solutions.
  • Support the business teams in developing and defining Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Interact with partners to identify needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy.
  • Deliver training and workshops for our customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Network/Infrastructure/Security area (storage, networking, servers, switches, software).
  • Negotiating skills and strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
  • Ability to identify and resolve partner issues with excellent prioritization of workload.
  • Willingness to occasional travel nationally.
  • A real and innate passion to learn new technologies and a strong attitude for new and different challenges.
