Cybersecurity Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Expert to join our team at Fortra, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying customer technical and business requirements and demonstrating product capabilities to design a solution proposal that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying customer pain points and articulating solutions that address those needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements, developing and delivering high-impact demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Own the customer evaluation process, executing trials and proof of concepts to ensure successful deployment.
- Identify and address technical and functional objections from prospective customers, working with the appropriate team to remediate issues.
- Develop and defend proposals to customers, articulating the benefits of our company's solutions and addressing the needs of all levels, including C-level executives.
- Estimate professional services effort and build project plans to guarantee successful deployment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging that knowledge to differentiate our solutions in the sales process.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the growth of our company portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT, technical presales, consultancy, development, or technical support activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in presales-related roles.
- Excellent oral presentation skills, public relations skills, and ability to educate and train in a technical environment.
- Technical background in related technologies.
