Our client, a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions, is seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the global presales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, upselling, and new opportunities in the Mobile Telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical and commercial support to sales initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities.
- Product Introduction and Demonstration: Introduce and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Solution Engineering: Understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities by leveraging and translating customer requirements into solutions.
- RFX Response: Provide the full RFX response, write solution sections, and ensure coherence and suitability of the response to customer needs.
- Sales Management of Trials and PoCs: Define scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones for trials and PoCs, and work with HQ on logistics and delivery resources.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work efficiently with customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver solutions and meet customer needs.
- Technical Expertise: BSc in a technical area and 3-5 years of experience in a presales position in the Mobile Telecom industry.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven experience leading RFPs, excellent presentation skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Business Acumen: Dynamic personality with business acumen and motivation, a team player with a willingness to travel extensively.
As a Presales Engineer with Chronos Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions, supporting the sales process and delivering solutions to customers in the Mobile Telecom industry.
