Customer Support Representative Job in Benalmadena

David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency providing innovative services to international companies across Europe. We are working with a renowned Outsourcing/BPO company seeking a Danish speaking Customer Support Representative for their Benalmadena office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and fluent Danish speaker to join our client's team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer contacts via phone and mail, providing excellent customer service, and resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they receive the highest level of service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Danish speaker, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Prior experience in customer service or support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
