Customer Service Representative

Reconocida Empresa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the airport. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming passengers at the arrivals hall and providing assistance with baggage delivery
  • Issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures
  • Providing supervisory support to third-party handlers and ensuring a warm and friendly check-in service
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
