Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent to join our team at Madrid Airport. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our national and international clients, managing bookings and rental contracts, and advising and selling additional products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage bookings and rental contracts for our vehicle fleet, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Advise and sell additional products to customers, such as insurance and accessories, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Handle invoices and payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Check-in and check-out of vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements

  • Customer service and sales experience, preferably in the car rental industry.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driving license.
