Customer Support Agent

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless logistics operations? We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at British Airways.

About the Role:

The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing commercial services support to our customers and worldwide stations. This includes handling queries, tracing shipments, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and resolve queries related to shipments, cargo, and logistics
  • Monitor special cargo, VCA, and critical products, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
  • Handle telephone and email hotlines for customer inquiries and incident calls
  • Proactively inform clients about offloads and arrange authorizations for handling weapon permits
  • Perform daily business tasks in accordance with processes and procedures
