Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Japanese, and a strong background in the forex industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with opening trading accounts, answering queries, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- College/University degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of English and Japanese languages (C1 level).
- Relevant experience in the forex industry, preferably in customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
