About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer Industry to join our team at AAF/Dinair. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions in the industry sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sales accounts and clients to achieve commercial targets in the Industry segment for the Iberia area.
  • Initiate and build relationships with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
  • Drive efficiency by effectively developing and executing sales plans, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Develop AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
  • Advise customers on technical matters, helping to find the most appropriate air filtration solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
  • Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
