Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic sales accounts and clients to achieve commercial targets in the Industry segment for the Iberia area.
- Initiate and build relationships with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
- Drive efficiency by effectively developing and executing sales plans, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
- Advise customers on technical matters, helping to find the most appropriate air filtration solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
- Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
