About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups.

The Sales Engineer Industry Spain Portugal is responsible for the development of strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as the successful execution of short- and long-term commercial targets in the Industry segment for the whole Iberia area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and build relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes
  • Develop and execute sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue of existing accounts
  • Professionally develop AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets
  • Advise customers on technical matters, help find the most appropriate solution, and expand AAF relationship with the market
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness
  • Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce

Desired:

  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree
  • Proven track record of success in selling high added value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management
