Junior Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Helloprint. As a key member of our Traffic Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of service to our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Monitor and update order statuses, communicate with suppliers and customers, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Supplier Performance Management: Closely monitor supplier performance, address any issues, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Customer Service Support: Assist customer service teams with inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide excellent service to our customers.
- Logistics and Returns: Handle returned orders, manage manual pickups, and ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, resolve issues, and approve complaints in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent future delays and complaints.
- Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus.
- Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems.
