Junior Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Traffic Team at Helloprint. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of supplier and carrier performance.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Start your day by checking the list of delayed orders and updating suppliers about their order statuses.
- Manual Order Entry: Enter orders manually and fix any mistakes for suppliers who don't use our automated systems yet.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance closely and address any issues with them to maintain high standards.
- Customer Support: Assist the customer service teams by handling their inquiries about order statuses, delivery concerns, and any order-related issues.
- Returned Orders: Handle returned orders and quickly solve any logistic problems to keep things running smoothly.
- Carrier Management: Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from our producers to make sure logistics run smoothly.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage all complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them.
- Process Improvement: Work with the team to improve our systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints.
- Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential. Proficiency in additional European languages is a big plus.
- Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours.
- Creative Problem-Solving: You have a knack for coming up with innovative solutions to problems.
- Stress Resilience: You stay calm and composed, even in stressful situations.
