Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team at HelloPrint. As a key member of our Traffic Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of performance with our suppliers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and update supplier order statuses, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
- Enter orders manually and correct any mistakes for suppliers who do not use our automated systems.
- Closely monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high standards.
- Assist customer service teams with order status inquiries, delivery concerns, and other order-related issues.
- Handle returned orders and resolve logistic problems to maintain smooth operations.
- Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from producers to ensure logistics run smoothly.
- Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, resolving and approving them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints.
- Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus.
- Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours.
