Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team at HelloPrint in sunny Valencia. As a key member of our Traffic Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of performance with our suppliers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high standards
- Assist customer service teams with inquiries about order statuses, delivery concerns, and order-related issues
- Handle returned orders and resolve logistic problems to keep operations running smoothly
- Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from producers to ensure logistics run smoothly
- Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them
- Work with the team to improve systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints
- Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential
- Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
- Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours
- Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems
