Job Title: Export Operations Specialist

Noatum Holdings es una multinacional líder en servicios marítimos, logísticos y portuarios reconocida por su excelencia en el servicio y su personal especializado.

En la actualidad, estamos buscando incorporar a un/a Especialista en Exportación de Tráfico Marítimo para nuestra división Logística, localizada en nuestras oficinas de Valencia.

Responsabilidades:
  • Construir relaciones de confianza y duraderas con los clientes.
  • Alcanzar la excelencia del servicio (Customer service).
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos internos y comunes establecidos, entre otros:
    • Uso correcto de CargoWise.
    • Pricing marítimo.
    • Realización del booking, teniendo en cuenta contrato a utilizar, tratando de optimizar los contratos especiales existentes junto con procurement.
    • Analizar y rentabilizar al máximo cada expedición que se gestiona.
    • Seguimiento/trazabilidad con el Back, informando al cliente/agente.
    • Nuevos tráficos/oportunidades gracias a la buena relación con sus interlocutores.
    • Soluciones de mejora a las necesidades actuales y/o futuras del cliente.
    • Posibles bajadas de volúmenes o pérdidas de clientes.
    • Posibles problemas y/o fallos operativos (origen y/o destino).
Requisitos:
  • FPGS en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística o similares.
  • Imprescindible mínimo 3 años de experiencia en operativa marítima export en Empresa Transitaria.
  • Conocimientos en ERP CargoWise.
  • Inglés alto imprescindible.
  • Francés muy valorable.
