Job Title: Export Operations Specialist

Noatum, a leading maritime services company, is seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Specialist to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the export operations of our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Manage the booking process, including pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze shipping data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • FGPS in International Trade, Transportation, and Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations in a transit company.
  • Proficiency in ERP CargoWise.
  • High-level English language skills.
  • French language skills highly valued.
