We're on a mission to revolutionize the denim industry with innovative and sustainable practices. As a Junior Sourcing and Product Compliance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain is transparent, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new suppliers and factories, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless integration with our internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and factory profiles, updating information on various systems, including PLM, SAP, and G-Star Sharefile platforms.
  • Administer manufacturing lists, communicate with suppliers on supply chain mapping, and report to sustainability and sourcing teams.
  • Evaluate and resolve inconsistencies in processes between vendors and G-Star, owning the vendor portal process.
  • Support the Head of Sourcing and Production Operations Manager in cross-functional sourcing projects, such as new product groups, suppliers, and country sourcing.
  • Manage sustainability and compliance certificates, supporting brand-level certification and audit processes.
  • Monitor transparency and traceability processes within material and garment suppliers, ensuring product compliance requirements, including chemical compliance.
