Job Title: Technical Territory Sales Manager - Waterproofing Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Territory Sales Manager to join our Pli-Dek Waterproofing Solutions division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Northern California region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, architects, and applicators to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and communicate necessary changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Train and demonstrate products to existing and new customers.
  • Verify spec compliance by all applicators and provide necessary auxiliary on-site technical support.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products, their specifications, and safe handling.
  • Pursue training and development opportunities to continuously build knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the application of construction trades, specifically waterproofing, roofing, and/or envelope.
  • Proven track record of hands-on technical competency from initial contact through project completion.
  • Self-sufficiency and motivation are essential.
  • Ability to work hands-on with customers to train applicators to install products according to specifications.
