Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Iberia region. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a special focus on the Global Operations area.
  2. Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at Thefork.
  3. Set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.
  4. Proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
  5. Be the ambassador for Thefork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
  6. Support leaders and their teams in fostering ED&I at Thefork, modeling inclusive behaviors and assessing for bias in hiring, promotion, performance, and compensation.
  7. Closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders.
  8. Accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, Engagement, and setting up follow-up actions.
  9. Use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.
  10. Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy.
Requirements
  1. Strong HR foundation and consultative approach.
  2. Curiosity to understand business objectives and how teams must be organized and operate to deliver on them.
  3. Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
  4. Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to diverse stakeholders.
  5. Facilitative approach that allows serving effectively as an HR role model.
  6. Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  7. Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments is highly valued.
  8. Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
  9. Fluent in both Spanish and English.
