About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office- Finance. As a key member of our Business Intelligence function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our data function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and execute the implementation of Data Governance for multiple data sources to address key business needs and objectives, specifically in the Business to Business (Travel Agency and Corporate profile) sector.
  2. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence function to support the overall Data & Analytics strategy.
  3. Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across the organization, focusing on cleaning Travel Agencies and/or Corporate profile data.
  4. Report requirements gathering, creating and maintaining documentation to improve data quality and automation, including prototypes for new reports dashboards.
  5. Deliver insights and actionable data to end-users, driving business decisions.
  6. Support other Data team members in their duties, cross-functional responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis.
  7. Ensure the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data / Golden records.
  8. Provide coaching and training for end-users on the B2B Master Data Platform.

Requirements

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience with Master Data Concept – Golden records.
  2. Analytics background with experience in S4Hanna and SAP CRM Data (Reltio Products a plus).
  3. Extensive experience (3 – 5 Years) in data quality projects.
  4. Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation techniques.
  5. Experience in data management projects (3-5 Years) on Data Profiling, Business Advance Analytics.
  6. Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues, with experience in business intelligence projects related to information lifecycle.
  7. Organized & effective, with a well-structured approach in task management.
  8. Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to communicate openly and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  9. Critical thinker, able to understand logical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments.
  10. Think Strategically, foreseeing and taking action to deal with problems and opportunities.
  11. Change Management, advocating for positive change and improvements.
  12. Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.
  13. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  14. English proficiency.
