We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for providing business analysis expertise to our clients, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, software development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and tools to improve the efficiency of our clients' business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide data-driven insights to our clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, software development, and project delivery.
- Excellent Excel skills, with a strong understanding of VBA, Power Query, and other Microsoft tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience working with clients in the construction or engineering industries.
