Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office- Finance. As a key member of our Business Intelligence function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our data function.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of Data Governance for multiple data sources to address key business needs and objectives. This includes managing development projects regarding data journey & control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool to support business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across the organization.
- Report requirements gathering, create and maintain documentation to improve data quality & automatization.
- Insight creation and delivery to end-users, with a strong drive for actionable data.
- Support other Data team members in their duties, cross responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Accountable for the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data / Golden records.
- Provides coaching and training for end-users regarding the B2B Master Data Platform.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 3-5 years with Master Data Concept – Golden records.
- Analytics background with experience with S4Hanna and SAP CRM Data (Nice to have Reltio Products).
- Extensive experience (3 – 5 Years) in data quality projects.
- Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation techniques.
- Experience in data management projects (3-5 Years) on Data Profiling, Business Advance Analytics.
- Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues.
- Experience with business intelligence projects related to information lifecycle.
- Organized & effective - take a well-ordered, structured approach in task management.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
