Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst with a focus on Sales Analytics to join our team at Make. The successful candidate will continue to build our data-driven approach to Go To Market & Sales through efforts including:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain clear, insightful reporting to drive sales performance and provide greater clarity and understanding of the sales process.
  • Lead the development of pre-sales and post-sales intelligence, containing dashboards, reports, and insights.
  • Proactively interpret data to provide actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide data and ad-hoc analyses to the sales team and management as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Go To Market team to interpret and communicate data in meaningful ways.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data / Business Analytics / Sales Operations / Consulting.
  • A proactive approach and genuine curiosity to understand and share what the data means.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with others across the business to turn data into insights to drive action.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market processes and metrics.
  • Good technical skills and experience, comfortable with spreadsheet analysis, SQL code, and building dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM tools and their Databases, and Customer care tools.
