About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Culture Business Partner to join our team at Globant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our culture and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support local teams in implementing our Code of Ethics and monitor disciplinary actions.
  2. Organize and present onboarding programs for new hires and provide ongoing support.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for volunteering, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with leaders to ensure the performance and well-being of Globers.
  5. Improve people processes to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
  1. Master assertive communication and be empathetic to different situations and cultures.
  2. Strong confidence to deal with seniorities and complex situations.
  3. Flexibility to work with various stakeholders and managers.
  4. Believe in and love what you do.
  5. Enjoy solving problems and working proactively.
  6. High attention to detail, critical thinking, and exceptional stakeholder care.
  7. Ability to connect with others, hear what isn't being said, and find a successful path forward.
  8. Deal with sensitive topics and have a continuous improvement mindset.
  9. Advanced English skills and relevant experience in similar positions.
  10. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human resources, or a related field.
