About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team at Opera Software. As a key member of our mobile performance marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report campaign performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing towards performance KPIs.
  • Creative Concept Development: Ideate new concepts and run AB tests to identify opportunities for scaling user growth through online channels.
  • Ad Content Creation: Develop high-quality ad content tailored to each market and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ad Spend Management: Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient allocation within set budgets.
  • Creative Brief Elaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and refreshed regularly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to coordinate campaigns and promote feature updates.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and results.
Requirements
  • Performance Marketing Experience: Previous experience in performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
  • Advertising Platform Expertise: Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measurement and analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker, etc.).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
  • International Market Understanding: Good understanding of international markets and the ability to develop marketing campaigns that appeal to users in various countries.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with spreadsheets and numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and create well-structured and understandable reports.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management and critical thinking skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must (able to write and speak fluently and idiomatically).
