Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Opera Software. As a key member of our Mobile performance marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth through creative campaigns and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance regularly, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Ideate new concepts and run AB tests to identify opportunities for scaling user growth through online channels.
  • Create high-quality ad content tailored to each market and in-line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient allocation within set budgets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and refreshed regularly.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams for coordinated campaigns and promoting feature updates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
  • Experience with Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measurement & analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets/numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and create well-structured and understandable reports.
  • Efficient time management and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must (able to write and speak fluently and idiomatically).
