Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and problem-solving abilities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via telephone, email, and the web to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • Problem Identification: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
  • Resolution Planning: Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
  • Training and Development: Participate in departmental training activities, including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements.
  • Customer Service: Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated client service group.
Requirements
  • Languages: Mandatory languages: German and English.
  • Basic PC Skills: Basic PC skills are required.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential.
  • Availability: Availability to work in shifts: 7x24 (40 hours per week - 5 days per week).
  • Experience: No specific experience is required (initial training).
