German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at GRUPO CRIT. As a German Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via telephone, email, and web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
- Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution.
- Work with departmental staff to promote and maintain strong customer service values.
Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills.
- Basic PC skills.
- Good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Availability to work in shifts: 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (working 5 days).
