Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Business Relationships: Foster strong relationships with advertising agency counterparts and internal departments, including Pricing, Planning & Operations, Linear Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Billing.
- Client Support: Respond promptly to client requests, including flighting, revisions, allocations, added value, and other inquiries.
- Order Execution: Ensure timely execution of client orders across all linear platforms, guaranteeing compliance with client requirements.
- Change Management: Handle program and commercial changes, issuing change notices to clients as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Planners, and the Marketing department on promotional assets, material deadlines, and approvals.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with Linear Commercial Operations to schedule promotional assets and optimize weekly inventory to maximize revenue.
- Reporting and Reconciliation: Generate reports for internal teams and reconcile billing discrepancies with agencies and the billing department.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and Learning: Ability to learn and apply new information, concepts, and techniques in the area of practice.
