About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Study Support Assistant to join our team at ICON plc. As a Study Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical trials by providing administrative and tracking support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Study Start-up Associate with tasks including tracking, filling, collating, and verifying submission documentation for submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Update the relevant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely progress tracking.
  • Be proficient in ICON's Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and maintain departmental electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings as requested, and assist in the production of slides and other materials.
  • Assist in the coordination of payments to regulatory authorities and be familiar with ICH GCP and ICON SOPs.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or local equivalent with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Research or healthcare-related academic or work experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
