Job Title: Security Coordinator

Securitas Seguridad España is seeking a highly skilled Security Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of security services to minimize risk and promote a proactive approach to providing security services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a continual focus on site security services to minimize risk and promote a proactive approach to providing security services.
  • Identify and implement innovative security services and products to enhance our security offerings.
  • Provide technical and project planning advice/support to our clients' security management teams.
  • Provision of competent personnel responsible for coordinating security programs for each site to interface directly with on-site senior management.
  • Provide specific training to all security personnel covering clients' security requirements.
  • Support client or customer audit activities and provide all required data/reports in the required time frames and in compliance with clients' 'Disclosure of Security Systems Data' standard.
  • Provide on-call availability of security management for incidents occurring outside of normal business hours.
  • Liaise with other suppliers providing on-site services to our clients (FM Supplier).
  • Provide and maintain procedures and processes to ensure compliance with our clients' Security Manual.
  • Complete and maintain a Risk Analysis & Emergency Plan for each site in-line with our clients' Security policy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Intermediate Level Training Cycle.
  • Knowledge: English level C1, Microsoft Office user level.
  • Availability to travel and live in Madrid.

  • Education: Higher Level Training Cycle.
  • Knowledge: Experience in a similar position.
