Lead Legal Advisor

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to enhance our diverse team, providing legal, compliance, and intellectual property support for the EMEA sector. This team operates within the legal framework of Webfleet Solutions, a part of a larger global legal community dedicated to best practices and cohesive operations worldwide.
Your Role:
In this position, you will focus on the EMEA region, acting as a strategic partner to collaborate with global stakeholders across various departments. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating technology-centric and general commercial agreements, as well as offering practical, risk-based legal and compliance guidance and training. Given the centrality of data in our operations, strong expertise in data privacy will be essential to assist sales teams in finalizing commercial agreements. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in multidisciplinary, global initiatives on both legal and non-legal projects, such as legal technology, operational improvements, and diversity initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master of Laws degree, preferably in English, from a recognized European university
- Approximately 6-8 years of professional experience in private practice and/or in-house
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating IT/Tech (SaaS) contracts and data privacy issues
- Team player with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused approach
- Capable of taking initiative and working autonomously
- Adaptable to changing environments and able to think creatively
- Patient, humble, and skilled in supporting a diverse clientele across various cultures
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to mentor junior team members
