Cloud Solutions Process Specialist

As a Process Specialist, your role will focus on initiatives aimed at improving quality, optimizing operations, and minimizing errors within our Cloud Marketplace.
In this position, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders, including leadership, sales personnel, IT departments, and clients, to collect and evaluate data, offering insightful recommendations. You will ensure that our TD SYNNEX Country sales teams deliver exceptional service and collaborate closely with vendors for effective platform usage.
Your contributions will include designing innovative workflows, such as automated billing and procurement systems, while assessing and refining current processes. Additionally, you will play a role in quality enhancement projects and document business workflows.
Our team's mission encompasses the deployment of diverse Cloud solutions across numerous European nations. You will partner with Business Unit leaders and collaborators to formulate impactful strategies and deliver outstanding systems throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze process flows across Operations teams, gather, document, and assess data, identify process deficiencies, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Develop process maps and document essential business requirements necessary for evaluating opportunities.
- Create value stream maps to pinpoint and emphasize potential areas for improvement.
- Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional meetings among stakeholders regarding various end-to-end business processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by reviewing material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.
- Document current operational processes and outline the desired future state processes.
- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and measure outcomes.
- Implement new operational processes and escalate issues as necessary.
- Continuously maintain, manage, and enhance central processes.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all processes: Implement necessary procedures and management processes to guarantee consistency and compliance across locations within the regional scope.
- Provide appropriate training and skill development for all personnel regarding new processes or with outsourced partners.
- Maintain ongoing communication with countries and other stakeholders concerning processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- A mindset geared towards innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools for data collection and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting, and process diagramming.
- Experience in projects related to Software Licensing, Support, or Customer Service functions is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with the IT Software / Services / SaaS sector is beneficial.
- Experience in the IT Channel, particularly with Pan European distributors or Software vendors, is a plus.
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes is advantageous.
